I do not believe my experience of being anaesthetised could have been any better. Dr Uncle's relaxed and friendly approach, coupled with his experience and confidence, would have put any patient at ease. Highly recommended.

Dr Uncles was fantastic with me. As a member of staff I was able to request my anaesthetist and my first choice was Dr Uncles. He was amazing and listened to all of my worries and concerns I had. I felt very looked after and in very safe hands. I was worried about my post op pain relief and Dr uncles ensured me I would wake up as comfortable as possible and I did! Without a doubt I would have Dr Uncles looking after me again. I can not fault his care and attention to me he was just brilliant!

It's a long time since I have been in hospital for an operation but I felt so safe and care for I was well looked after both before and afterwards he and his college olive were very friendly and professional that I had no worries and drifted off nicely a big thank to you both

A really helpful and pleasant doctor. I am petrified of anaesthetics but he was very reassuring and kind. Chatted to me beforehand to help me relax and I was very grateful for the time he took in a busy schedule.

I am a specialist Anaesthetist with interests in Obstetric, Ambulatory and Inpatient anaesthesia. I employ a variety of anaesthetic techniques including general or regional anaesthesia, although I often use them in combination to optimise and enhance patients' peri and post-operative experience.
I am dedicated to putting the patient first through the provision of safe and reassuring care delivered in conjunction with my colleagues and associates.
I was present at the inauguration of the Helsinki Declaration in June 2010. This enshrines the values essential to the promotion of the highest professional and safety standards expected of anaesthetists. It is my hope to match or even exceed the expectations of patients who place their trust in me.
